How Nexa Labs Works
Nexa Labs offers focused AI writing tools. Each tool takes your input through a simple form, sends it to an AI language model, and returns an editable draft for you to review.
1. Choose a tool
- AI Email Writer drafts an email from a purpose and your key points.
- AI Paraphrasing Tool rewrites English text in a style you choose.
- AI Text Summarizer condenses long text into a summary, key points and action items.
2. Provide your input
Fill in the form. The tools are instructed to use only what you provide and not to invent names, prices, dates, experience or promises. When a detail is needed but missing, the draft shows a placeholder such as [Your Name].
3. Generate and review
Your request is processed on our server, which forwards it to our AI model provider and checks that the response has the expected structure. If something goes wrong, such as a timeout or an unusable response, you see an error message and can try again. Failed requests do not count toward your daily limit.
4. Edit and copy
Results appear in editable text fields. Change anything you like, then copy the text into your email app, document or chat. Nexa Labs does not send emails or publish anything on your behalf.
Free use and daily limits
The tools are free and require no account. Each visitor can make 3 successful generations per day, shared across all tools. Actions like Regenerate, Shorten, More Formal and Try Another Version each count as one generation. The limit resets every day at 00:00 UTC. We may also apply short-term rate limits and a security check to prevent abuse.
What happens to your text
We do not save the text you submit after your request completes, and we do not use it in analytics. To enforce limits, we keep short-lived counters linked to a one-way hash of your network address. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Always review AI output
AI-generated text can contain errors or omissions and is not reviewed by a person. Check facts, figures, names and commitments before you rely on any result.
