Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexa Labs Limited ("Nexa Labs", "we", "us") handles information when you visit this website and use our AI writing tools. We have designed the service to collect as little information as possible.

1. No accounts

You can use our tools without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details to use the tools.

2. Text you submit to the tools

  • When you click a generate button, the text and options you entered are sent to our server and forwarded to our AI model provider, xAI, to produce a result.
  • We do not store your submitted text or the generated results after your request completes, and we do not include them in analytics or error logs.
  • The AI model provider processes your text under its own terms and privacy policy, which may include temporary retention for safety and abuse monitoring.
  • Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal data.

3. Usage limits and abuse prevention

To enforce daily free limits and prevent abuse, we create a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address for this purpose. The hash is used in short-lived counters (for example, how many generations were made today) that expire automatically, normally within two days.

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps distinguish people from automated traffic. If enabled, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser under its own privacy policy.

4. Aggregated statistics

We keep anonymous, aggregated daily counts such as the number of successful generations per tool, error types and AI token usage, to monitor reliability and costs. These counts do not contain your text or identify you.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Third-party services

  • xAI — AI model provider that generates tool results.
  • Google Fonts — serves the website's typeface; your browser requests font files from Google.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — security check, when enabled.

7. Your rights

Because we do not keep your submitted text or maintain user accounts, we generally hold no personal data that can be linked to you. You may contact us at the address below with any privacy question or request, including requests under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance or other applicable laws.

8. Children

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
