These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nexa Labs website and AI writing tools provided by Nexa Labs Limited ("Nexa Labs", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Nexa Labs provides free, web-based AI writing tools, currently an AI Email Writer, an AI Paraphrasing Tool and an AI Text Summarizer. No account is required. We do not charge for the service or accept payments through this website at this time. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.

2. Fair use and daily limits

  • Each visitor may make up to 3 successful generations per day across all tools. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
  • We may apply additional rate limits, security checks or temporary pauses to protect the service, for example when daily capacity is reached.
  • You must not attempt to bypass limits, for example by automating requests, rotating network addresses or calling our API outside the website.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or deceptive content, including phishing or spam;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • submit sensitive personal data of others without a lawful basis;
  • interfere with, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

4. AI-generated content

  • Results are generated automatically by an AI model and are not reviewed by a person.
  • Results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any output before you use, send or publish it.
  • Results are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
  • Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users.

5. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the text you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, in the results generated for you. You confirm that you have the right to submit the text you provide. We do not store your submitted text after processing; see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its design, software and branding belong to Nexa Labs Limited or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa Labs Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
